Tuition & Registration Fee Schedule

2012-2013

 


Application Processing Fee    $25 per student (non-refundable, non-transferable)

Testing Fee                              $25   (Each new applicant to CVCS) (To be paid at time of testing)

 


Tuition Fee Tuition is an annual fee based on the actual number of school days. It includes registration and curriculum.   It has been divided into ten equal payments, beginning August 1st and ending with the last full payment May 1st.  In determining the multiple child discount, the first child rate applies to the child with the highest tuition. A $25 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 5th of the month for tuition.

Full-time (6:30 – 8:00am & 3:15-6:00pm)            $180 per month (includes minimum days)

Morning only (6:30am – 8:00am)                $90 per month

Afternoon only (3:15pm – 6:00pm)            $150 per month (includes minimum days)

Occasional Care                                          $10 per hour or any portion thereof

Late Pick-up (after 6:00 p.m.)                    $1.00 per minute

 

Return Check Fee:  A $25 returned check fee will be applied to all returned checks.  After an account has a second returned check, payments for the remaining school year must be made in cash only.

 

Tuition Discount: A $200 discount per student will be given if tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2012.

 

Scholarships are available for students entering grades 4-11 and based on the student’s overall academic grade point average (GPA): 3.2 – 3.4 ($300), 3.5 – 3.7 ($400), 3.8 – 4.0 ($500)
